Duplex was approached by Jeugdtheater Siberia to create a website for a theatreplay. The site implied to be a hack into someones computer. As a visitor you would occasionally see a person (Melvin) behind his computer through the webcam, and be able to go through his files and blog. A counter in the corner of the screen counted down to 00-00-00,  once this moment arrived Melvin mysteriously disappeared.

Jeugdtheater Siberia organized a controversial media(hack) campaign around the site -and the theatre play- that involved ‘Missing’-posters, heaps of flowers on the street and a huge projection in the citycentre of Rotterdam.

Duplex members have joined forces for theatergroep Siberia before, when Olivier and Arjen created the artwork and an online video-questionnaire for the ‘Krijg Nou Titus’ theatre play.
